摘　　要：在信息机构竞争激烈的今天,高校图书馆打造全方位的专业化信息服务可以提升用户信任,专业化定位可为用户带来值得信赖的第一印象,开展专业化信息服务可让用户通过理性分析判断对图书馆产生信任感,优秀的信息服务团队能够巩固用户信任度。本文从服务环境、服务团队、信息资源体系、服务内容、配套机制等五方面做出探讨,以高校图书馆实际出发,打造全方位专业化信息服务,提升用户信任。The users＇ trust is an important measure to get approved of the University Librarie information services. In the information organization and fierce competition today, the professional information service of university library to create a full range of can enhance the user trust. We need do something from the service environment, service team, the information resource system, service content, and other supporting mechanisms make efforts, to create a full range of specialized information services, improve users＇trust.
