摘　　要：目的探讨尿道下裂患者采取Snodgrass尿道成形术治疗的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月—2014年3月来该院就诊的33例尿道下裂患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析他们的临床资料,皆采取Snodgrass尿道成形术治疗,术后皆予以≥6个月随访,总结分析临床治疗效果。结果对33例患者进行6个月以上的随访,其中26例一次手术成功,患者的阴茎无下弯畸形,尿道开口位于阴茎头前端,外观正常;术后发生尿道瘘7例,有3例经尿道扩张后便自愈,2例再次手术成功,其余未能痊愈;此外,治疗后生活质量评分明显优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论对于尿道下裂患者而言,采取Snodgrass尿道成形术治疗可以取得比较良好的效果,一次手术成功率较高,而且术后并发症少,并显著改善患者生活质量,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the effect of clinical hypospadias patients to treatment by Snodgrass urethroplasty. Methods The Hypospadias patients in the hospital in March 2012 -2014 March admissions of 33 cases as research object, A retrospective analysis of their clinical data, talked Snodgrass urethroplasty, after all be ≥6 months of follow-up, clinical outcomes analyzed.. Results 33 patients are followed up for 6 months or more, including 26 cases of a successful operation, the patient′s penis look normal, and no abnormal recurved, urethral opening is located in the front of the penis head; 7 cases of postoperative urethral fis-tula, 3 cases of after urethral healing, two cases of reoperation success, the rest failed to heal, In addition,quality of Life score after treatment was significantly better than before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For hypospadias patients, take Snodgrass urethroplas-ty treatment can get relatively good results, a high success rate, and fewer complications, and significantly improve the quality of life patients, it is worth learning from.
