普米克令舒联合博利康尼治疗成人哮喘急性发作的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对普米克令舒联合博利康尼治疗成人哮喘急性发作的疗效进行分析。方法选择该院2013年1月—014年6月收治的46例支气管哮喘患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组全身使用抗生素、祛痰剂、茶碱类药物β2受体兴奋剂;观察组在对照组基础上通过普米克令舒1 mg联合博利康尼2.5 mg动力雾化吸入,雾化后通过生理盐水漱口。结果治疗后观察组血气分析各参数值(p H为7.358±0.123,Pa CO为25.837±0.165,Pa O2为11.162±0.561,HCO3为25.768±0.539,Sa O2为96.7±0.921)与治疗前以及对照组(p H为6.415±0.162,Pa CO为4.517±0.161,Pa O2为9.863±0.168,HCO3为22.612±0.112,Sa O2为92.3±0.613)相比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论普米克令舒联合博利康尼的疗效是值得肯定的,支气管哮喘的进一步恶化得到了减少。Objective For Mick to shu united state Connie to observe curative effect for the treatment of adult acute attack of asthma. Resut Observation group after treatment of blood gas analysis of each parameter values compared with be-fore treatment and control group, obvious differences, statistically significant, P〈 0.05. Conclusion Mick to shu united state Con-nieˊs curative effect is positive, got to reduce further deterioration of bronchial asthma.
