诊断腹部损伤中B超应用观察

摘　　要：目的对B超在腹部损伤诊断中的应用价值进行探讨。方法随机选取该院在2011年1月—2013年12月收治的36例腹部损伤患者,利用回顾性分析法对患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 36例腹部损伤患者中,B超诊断结果和手术结果保持一致的患者有29例,占80.6%。36例患者的腹部损伤以脾脏损伤为主,有16例患者,占44.4%,在B超诊断中,脾脏损伤患者的影像资料呈现出突出形态,诊断符合率是93.8%。结论 B超在腹部损伤患者诊断中的应用,具有良好的经济性、方便性与敏感性,能够随时随地完成腹部损伤患者的诊断,有效提高了我国医疗诊断水平,在我国腹部损伤患者的诊断中得到广泛的应用。Objective The application value of B ultrasound in the diagnosis of abdominal injury were discussed. Methods Ran-domly selected in our hospital 36 cases of abdominal injury patients from January 2011 to December 2013 were reviewed, the use of the clinical data of the patients were analysis method. Results 36 cases of patients with abdominal injury, B ultrasound diagno-sis results and operation results remain consistent in 29 cases, accounting for 80.6%. 36 cases of abdominal injury with spleen in-jury, 16 patients, accounted for 44.4%, in B ultrasound diagnosis, image data of patients with spleen injury showed a prominent form, diagnostic accordance rate was 93.8%. Conclusion Patients with B ultrasound application in the diagnosis of abdominal in-jury, has a good economy, convenience and sensitivity, able to complete the diagnosis of abdominal injury patients anytime and anywhere, effectively improve the level of our country medical diagnosis, known as the first choice for patients with abdominal in-jury diagnosis way. The test results can only explain ultrasound effectively, as to how effective, whether to have a huge advantage, canˊt prove.
