摘　　要：目的分析经皮钢板内固定(MIPPO)手术治疗pilonⅢ型骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年6月—2014年6月该院诊治的104例pilonⅢ型骨折患者临床资料,按照不同治疗方式分为两组,对照组行传统切开复位手术,研究组行MIPPO手术,观察并比较两组临床疗效及预后情况。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率92.31%显著高于对照组76.92%,同时各项疗效性指标均优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),另外研究组预后情况优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MIPPO手术治疗pilonⅢ型骨折临床疗效良好,预后佳,具临床实际应用价值。Objective Analysis of fixed （MIPPO） clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of fractures pilonⅢ Percutaneous Plate. Methods A retrospective analysis of 104 cases of clinical data of patients with fractures pilonⅢ June 2013 -2014 June hospital for treatment, according to the different treatment is divided into two groups, the control group underwent conventional open reduction surgery, the study group underwent surgery MIPPO observed and to compare clinical efficacy and prognosis. Results Study Group clinical total effective rate was significantly higher than 92.31% 76.92%, while the effect of the indicators are better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, another study outcomes than the control group group, a statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion MIPPO pilonⅢ fracture surgery good clinical efficacy, the prognosis is good, clinically practical value.
