经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切手术的护理配合要点分析

摘　　要：目的分析经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切手术的护理配合要点。方法收集100例使用经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切手术治疗的前列腺增生患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者使用常规护理方法进行护理,观察组患者使用护理配合的方法进行护理,比较两组患者的护理效果、住院时间以及患者的满意程度,并分析在实际的经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术进行过程中应该如何使用护理配合的方法进行相应的护理。结果两组患者均能够较好的进行手术,但观察组患者的总有效率98%明显优于对照组患者的总有效率80%,同时观察组患者的住院时间(4.28±1.52)d明显优于对照组患者的住院时间(10.23±3.85)d,观察组患者的护理满意度评分(8.52±1.48)分明显优于对照组患者的护理满意程度评分(5.45±1.02)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实际的经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切手术进行的过程中,医务人员需要熟练的掌握仪器性能,同时需要进行较好的手术操作配合,实施有效的护理措施,通过这种形式能够有效地提升手术效果,保证手术顺利进行。Objective To analyze the main points of nursing cooperation for bipolar plasmakinetic transurethral resection of the prostate. Methods 100 cases with hyperplasia of prostate gland underwent bipolar plasmakinetic transurethral resection of the prostate were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing care, while those in the observation group were given nursing cooperation care. The nursing efficacy, length of stay and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. And how to use the method of nursing cooperation for the corresponding nursing in the bipolar plasmakinetic transurethral resection of the prostate was analyzed. Results Both groups underwent the surgery successfully. The overall response rate of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group （98%versus 80%）, the length of stay was significantly shorter than that of the control group （4.28 ±1.52 d versus 10.23 ±3.85 d）, the nursing satisfaction score was obviously higher than that of the control group （8.52 ±1.48 points versus 5.45±1.02 points）, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In order to effectively improve the surgical effect of bipolar plasmakinetic transurethral resection of the prostate and ensure the operation undergoing suc-cessfully, the medical staff should master the properties of the instrument and do the operation coordination well and implement efficient nursing measures during the surgery.
