CT在腹部闭合性损伤诊断中的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的比较B超检查和CT检查结果 ,探析CT在腹部闭合性损伤诊断中的临床效果。方法选取该院2011年1月—2014年5月收治的40例腹部闭合性损伤患者作为研究对象,分别进行B超检查和CT检查。结果 B超诊断肝破损、脾破裂、膀胱破裂、肾破裂、肠破裂、胰腺断裂符合率分别为93.33%、90.91、100%、100%、66.67%、66.67%,CT诊断同类伤型的符合率分别为93.33%、100%、100%、100%、66.67%、100%。结论 B超检查与CT检查均可明确腹部闭合性损伤的部位和程度,均能较好地诊断出腹部闭合性损伤的伤型,同时也不同程度地存在漏诊率,临床上应将两种检查方法联合使用。Objective Contrasting B ultrasound examination and CT results, researching advantages of CT in the diagnosis of blunt abdominal trauma. Methods Forty cases of patients about blunt abdominal trauma were randomly selected in our hospital and ex-aminated by B ultrasound and CT. Results Ultrasonography diagnosis of liver damage and rupture of spleen、bladder rupture、rup-ture of kidney、pancreas、intestine rupture、fracture and coincidence’s rate was 93.33%、90.91%、100%、100%、66.67%、66.67%;the rate for CT was 93.33%、100%、100%、100%、66.67%、100%. Conclusion B ultrasonic examination and CT examination can clear the abdomen closed damage location and extent,can diagnose the type of injury in blunt abdominal trauma.
