扩张型心肌病的中医病因病机及治疗进展

摘　　要：扩张型心肌病是临床常见的复合型心肌病,近年发病率上升,且有年轻化趋势,常并发心律失常及心力衰竭,西医治疗手段局限,患者死亡率高,是目前临床公认的难治性心肌病。近年中医在辩治扩张型心肌病方面积累了丰富的临床经验,临床取得较好疗效,也被广大患者所认可。该研究就近五年中医药治疗扩张型心肌病的研究进展进行综述,旨为今后临床治疗提供参考依据。DCM （dilated cardiomyopathy） is one of the most common types of complex cardiomyopathy in clinical practice,with an elevated morbidity and younger trend, DCM always end up complicated with arrhythmia and heart failure.The treatment from Western medicine on DCM is still limited, resulting in the high mortality, so DCM is known as one of the most intractable car-diomyopathies.In recent years according to the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine a good clinical outcome which approved by plenty of patients is confirmed and we have gained a lot of experiences.Here we review the advances of treatment of Chinese medicine on DCM over the past five years ,so as to provide reference for further clincal treatment.
