避孕药在减少宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术后复发的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨避孕药在减少官腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术中复发的作用。方法将78例子宫内膜息肉患者分为观察组(n=46例)与对照组(n=32例),观察组采用TCRP手术联合避孕药优思明口服治疗,对照组采用TCRP手术治疗,比较两组术后6月、术后12月的复发及月经量情况,比较两组患者术前、术后6月及术后12月的血红蛋白水平。结果观察组术后6月的复发率分别为(0.0%vs18.8%),术后12月的复发率为(4.4%vs31.3%),术后6月经量减少(87.0%vs15.6%),术后12月的月经量减少(12.5%vs95.7%),术后6月时的血红蛋白水平[(118.5±12.39)g/L vs(109.86±10.46 g/L)],术后12月时的血红蛋白水平[(123.80±9.64)g/L vs(112.61±9.1)g/L],两两比较(P<0.05)。结论 避孕药联合宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除可有效减少复发率、减少月经出血量及改善血红蛋白状况。Objective To investigate the effect of contraceptive agents on reducing the recurrence of endometrial polyps after hys-teroscopic endometrial polypectomy. Methods 78 cases with endometrial polyps were divided into the observation group（n=46 cas-es） and the control group（n=32 cases）. The observation group underwent TCRP surgery and took contraceptive agent Yasmin orally, while the control group underwent TCRP surgery only. The status of recurrence and menstrual blood volume of the two groups 6 months and 12 months after the surgery were compared. And the level of hemoglobin of the two groups before the surgery, 6 months and 12 months after the surgery were compared. Results Six months after surgery, compared with the control group, the observation group showed a lower recurrence rate （0.0%vs.18.8%）, lower proportion of menstruation volume decreasing （87.0% vs. 15.6%）, higher level of hemoglobin [（118.5±12.39）g/Lvs.（109.86±10.46）g/L]. 12 months after surgery, compared with the control group, the observation group had a lower recurrence rate （4.4%vs.31.3%）, lower proportion of menstruation volume decreasing （12.5%vs.95.7%）, higher level of hemoglobin[（123.80±9.64）g/Lvs.（112.61±9.17）g/L], by pairwise comparison（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Contraceptive agent combined with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy can significantly decrease the recurrence rate and the menstruation blood volume and improve the level of hemoglobin.
