产后康复仪加手法按摩催乳450例

摘　　要：目的探究产后康复仪加手法按摩的催乳效果。方法采用随机抽样法选择2012年1月—2014年1月该院母婴同室的900例产妇,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组产妇采用常规母乳喂养指导护理,实验组产妇采用产后康复仪加手法按摩进行催乳护理,观察两组产妇的乳汁分泌时间和乳汁分泌量,比较两组产妇的催乳效果。结果统计结果显示,实验组产妇乳汁分泌时间为(20.5±3.4)h,对照组产妇为(30.6±5.3),实验组产妇的乳汁初始分泌时间明显早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组产妇进行纯母乳喂养395例,对照组产妇纯母乳喂养240例,实验组产妇的乳汁分泌量明显多于对照组,且差异有计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 产后康复仪加手法按摩可以有效提早产妇母乳分泌时间,促进产妇乳汁的分泌和排出,减少产妇产后出血的发生,促进新生儿的生长发育,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective to explore the postpartum rehabilitation instrument plus massage galactagogue effect. Methods January 2012- January 2012 from 900 cases of rooming-in women, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the con-trol group conventional maternal breastfeeding guide nursing, the experimental group USES the postpartum maternal rehabilitation instrument and lactation care massage, observe two groups of maternal milk at the time and the amount of milk secretion, compar-ing two groups of maternal galactagogue effect. Results the results showed that in the experimental group maternal milk at the time of h （20.5±3.4）, the control group （30.6± 5.3）, maternal experimental maternal milk secretion initial time earlier than the control group obviously, and there were significant differences （P〈0.05）, statistically significant;Experimental maternal exclusive breastfeed-ing, 395 cases, 240 cases of control group pure maternal breastfeeding, maternal milk secretion significantly more than the controls, and there were significant differences （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion postpartum rehabilitation instrument plus massage can effectively advance the maternal milk secretion, promote maternal lactation and discharge, reduce the incidence of maternal postpartum hemorrhage, promote the growth and development of newborns, and is worth popularizing in clinical use.
