摘 要:目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和尿微量白蛋白(U-mAlb)联合检测在2型糖尿病肾病早期诊断中临床应用价值。方法抽取该院2012年6月—2013年12月来该院就诊98例2型糖尿病患者,其中糖尿病肾病50例(观察1组)、2型糖尿病非肾病48例(观察2组),随机抽取该院健康体检中心2013年6月—2013年9月间正常健康体检者82例(对照组)为研究对象,检测糖化血红蛋白和尿微量白蛋白的含量,并对结果进行比对。结果观察1组和2组的HbAlc、U-mAlb明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);病程的长短与HbMc、U-mAlb指标有密切关系,病程越长HbAlc、U-mAlb指标越高;HbAlc越高U-mAlb指标也就越高。结论 糖化血红蛋白和尿微量白蛋白联合检测为糖尿病肾病早期诊断、治疗提供可靠科学依据。Objective To investigate the glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc) and microalbuminuria (U-mAlb) clinical nephropathy in type 2 diabetes diagnosis value of combined detection. Methods Extraction hospital in June 2012 - December 2013 to our hospi- tal98 cases of type 2 diabetes, including diabetic nephropathy in 50 cases (observation group), type 2 diabetes, 48 cases of non- renal disease (observation group 2), random decimation of our hospital health examination center between June 2013 - September 2013 82 cases of normal healthy persons (control group) for the study, glycated hemoglobin and urine albumin levels, and the re- sults were compared. Results Group 1 and Group 2 HbAlc, U-mAlb significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01); the longer the length of the course and HbAlc, U-mAlb index is closely related to the course HbAlc, U-mAlb index higher; HbAlc higher U-mAlb index is higher. Conclusion glycated hemoglobin and microalbuminuria joint detection for early di- agnosis of diabetic nephropathy, treatment with reliable scientific basis.
