肠外营养支持联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期结肠癌的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的通过对两组晚期结肠癌病例的疗效进行对比分析,探讨肠外营养支持联合FOLFOX4方案在治疗晚期结肠癌中的应用价值。方法选取该院2011年2月—2013年2月收治的54例晚期结肠癌患者,将患者随机平分为实验组和对照组。实验组的27例患者采用肠外营养支持联合FOLFOX4方案进行治疗;对照组的27例患者仅采用FOLFOX4方案进行治疗。两组患者均在治疗3个周期后观察疗效。结果实验组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为51.85%和44.44%,两组方案的疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组治疗后的营养指标明显优于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在这些症状当中,实验组恶心呕吐症状的不良反应发生率和末梢神经毒性症状的不良反应率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组和对照组腹泻症状、血小板减少症状和白细胞症状减少的不良反应发生率差距不明显。结论采用肠外营养支持联合FOLFOX4方案虽不能显著提高晚期结肠癌治疗的治疗效果,但可以优化患者的营养指标,降低癌性恶病质患者总蛋白、清蛋白浓度,因此具有一定的临床推广价值。Objective To pass on a set of advanced colon cancer cases were analyzed, the efficacy of parenteral nutrition support combine FOLFOX4 program application value in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods Selection in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013, 54 cases of patients with advanced colon cancer, the patients were randomly split for the experimental group and control group. Group of 27 cases with parenteral nutrition support in patients with combined FOLFOX4 scheme for treatment; The control group of 27 patients were treated with FOLFOX4 program only. Two groups of patients in the treatment of observation curative effect after three cycles.Results The treatment of the experimental group and control group total effective rate were 51.85% and 44.44% respectively, the curative effect of two sets of scheme there was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）; Experimental group after treatment of nutritional index was better than control group, both statistically significant difference （P〈 0.05）; Observed two groups of patients with adverse reactions, patients in observation group adverse reaction significantly less than the control group, contrast between the two groups of patients.Conclusion Parenteral nutrition support joint FOLFOX4 scheme not only has significant effect on the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer, and less adverse reactions after treatment, greatly improving the patient’s quality of life, is worth popularization and application in clinic.
