钢板前置内固定治疗锁骨骨折89例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析钢板前置内固定治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 178例锁骨患者随机分为研究组与对照组,研究组实施钢板前置内固定治疗,对照组实施克氏针法治疗,记录两组患者手术中情况,并在患者痊愈后随访评价骨折愈合及肩关节功能恢复情况。结果手术后研究组患者无并发症发生,对照组患者出现9例并发症;研究组的手术的时间、出血量,手术后并发症及患者痊愈时间等,显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组患者总有效率分别为94.38%及74.16%,研究组有效率显著优于对照组(x^2=5.87,P=0.027<0.05)。结论钢板前置内固定治疗锁骨骨折临床疗效较好、安全,值得在临床进行推广。Object Analyze the Clinical Effect of prepositive plate internal fixation in the Treatment of of clavicular fracture.Method 178 cases clavicular fracture were divided into 2 groups in random, the study group were executed the prepositive plate internal fixation therapy, while Kirschner wire internal fixation were carried on the control group, the situations at surgery were recorded, the fracture healing and shoulder joint function were evaluated after the patients were recovered.Result After surgery, there were no postoperative complicationthe happened in study group, while 9 cases of which appeared in control group; the situations at surgery of study group were much better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,including operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative complicationthe and cure time. The overall response rate of the study group the control group was 94.38% and 74.16%,respectively, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group（c2= 5.87,P=0.027〈0.05）.Conclusion the prepositive plate internal fixation in the Treatment of of clavicular fracture was effective and safe.
