不同方法治疗骨质疏松症疼痛的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的为了探究临床有效治疗骨质疏松症疼痛的可靠方法。方法选取2010年12月—2013年12月期间该院收治的骨质疏松症患者108例为研究对象,随机分成治疗组和对照组,分别采用针灸治疗和西医治疗。比较两组患者疼痛情况和治疗有效情况。结果①实施治疗后,治疗组患者的VAS评分水平显著低于对照组(t=6.6393,P=0.0000);②比较两组治疗后的临床治疗总有效率,治疗组显著高于对照组(x^2=7.0834,P=0.0078)。结论采用针灸治疗方法治疗骨质疏松症,可显著缓解患者的疼痛,是临床治疗骨质疏松症疼痛的理想选择之一。Objective To explore the clinical effective and reliable method for treating osteoporosis pain.Methods 108 cases of osteoporosis patients in our hospital from 2010 December to 2013 December were selected as the research object, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, they were treated with acupuncture and Western medicine treatment. Pain and effective treatment situation of the two groups were compared.Results①After the treatment, the VAS score level of the patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,（t=6.6393 data p=0.0000）;②After the treatment ,the clinical total effective rate of the two groups was compared,the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （c2=7.0834, P=0.0078）.Conclusion The treatment of osteoporosis by acupuncture treatment can significantly relieve the pain of the patients, is one of the ideal choice for the clinical treatment of osteoporosis pain.
