摘 要:目的比较微创穿刺引流术与开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法将该院于2012年1月—2013年6月收治的72例高血压脑出血患者随机分为两组,分别采用微创穿刺引流术及开颅手术进行治疗,比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、治疗有效率及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间及术中出血量均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),手术治疗有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创穿刺引流术是治疗高血压脑出血有效手段,有效降提高患者术后的生存质量,具有较高的临床价值。Objective Comparison of minimally invasive puncture drainage clinical surgery operation and craniotomy in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The 72 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from2012 danuary to 2013 June were randomly divided into two groups, Respectively using minimally invasive drainage and craniotomy operation treatment, were compared operative time, blood loss, treatment efficiency and occurrence of complications.Results The observation group operation time and bleeding volume during operation were significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.05), the effective rate were significantly better than the control group (P〈0.05), And the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive drainage is effective means of treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, can effectively reduce improve patients life quality,has a high clinical value.
