替吉奥联合奈达铂同步调强适形放疗治疗老年中晚期食道癌的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨替吉奥联合奈达铂同步调强适形放疗治疗老年中晚期食道癌的近期疗效。方法随机选取该院于2010年1月—2012年12月期间收治的62例老年中晚期食道癌患者,随机分为两组,单纯调强适形放疗组(A组)共30例,采用调强适形放疗;替吉奥联合奈达铂同步调强适形放疗组(B组)共32例,调强适形放疗计划同A组,同步给予替吉奥联合奈达铂方案化疗,治疗后3个月评定临床疗效。结果A组和B组总有效率分别为66.7%和90.6%(P<0.05)。结论替吉奥联合奈达铂同步调强适形放疗治疗老年中晚期食道癌近期临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the S-1 combined with nedaplatin synchronousshort-term efficacy and safety of strong conformal radiotherapy for elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer.Methods 62 cases of elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer, were randomly divided into two groups, the simpleintensity-modulated radiotherapy group （A group） 30 cases, using intensity-modulated radiotherapy; S-1 Nedaplatin Combined with concurrent intensity-modulated radiotherapy group （B group） 32 cases, IMRT the plan with the group A,synchronous give S-1 combined with nedaplatin chemotherapy, the therapeutic effect was evaluated after 3 months of treatment.Results A group and B group the total effective rate were 66.7% and 90.6% （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion S-1 Nedaplatin Combined with concurrent intensity-modulated radiotherapy in treatment of elderlyesophageal cancer in recent curative effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
