舒利迭对改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的意义研究

摘　　要：目的探讨了舒利迭对临床改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的肺功能的意义。方法选取2013年6月—2014年6月收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,随机法分为两组,观察组30例,使用舒利迭进行治疗,对照组30例,使用舒弗美进行治疗,观察并记录两组患者治疗前后的肺功能指标变化数据并对比分析。结果两组患者治疗前FEV1,FEV1/预计值,FEV1/FVC三指标相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后的FEV1,FEV1/预计值,FEV1/FVC3指标与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗后除FEV1与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)外,FEV1/预计值和FEV1/FVC两指标与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),同时两组治疗后的FEV1,F:EV1/预计值,FEV1/FVC3指标相比差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒利迭用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病,能够充分改善患者的肺功能,并发症少,有借鉴推广价值。Objective To investigate the clinical improvement of Seretide on lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease significance.Methods 60 cases of chronic obstructivepulmonary disease patients from 2013 June -2014 year in June have are randomly divided into two groups, the observation group 30 cases have been used Seretide treatment,the control group 30 cases have uses theophylline treatment, and then observe and record thechange of lung function before and after treatment in the patients of two groupsof data,and comparative analysis.Results The three index of FEV1,FEV1/ predicted, FEV1/FVC before treatment showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）,the observation group’s FEV1, FEV1/ predicted,the FEV1/FVC after treatment compared with those before treatment had significant difference （P〈0.05）,the control group’s FEV1 after treatment was significant difference compare to before （P〈 0.05）, bur the FEV1/predicted values and FEV1/FVC compared with before treatment had no significant difference（P〉0.05）, but the two groups’FEV1, FEV1/ predicted, FEV1/FVC have significant difference after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Seretide for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, can fully improve pulmonary function in patients with less complications, there is reference value to popularize.
