高强度聚焦超声消融治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨临床对围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者实施高强度聚焦超声消融治疗的疗效。方法将2012年6月—2014年6月到该院妇科治疗的64例围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者纳入研究,同时根据随机对照原则将患者均分成两组,对照组32例采取药物保守(米非司酮)治疗,观察组32例实施高强度聚焦超声消融术治疗,研究两组的临床施治情况。结果观察组施治后的临床总有效率是93.75%(30/32),要较对照组的62.50%(20/32)明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。施治前,两组的Kupperman评分对比相仿,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经施治后均出现改善,且观察组相比对照组减分更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者实施高强度聚焦超声消融术治疗,疗效更显著,对各项肌瘤症状更具改善价值,适合加强普及。Objective To investigate the clinical implementation of high intensity focused ultrasound ablation for curative effect on the patients with uterine leiomyoma in perimenopausal period. Methods the 2012 June to 2014 June to our hospital treatment of 64 cases of patients with uterine leiomyoma in perimenopausal period included in the study, and according to the principle of randomized patients were divided into two groups, 32 cases in the control group （mifepristone） take conservative drug treatment, the observation group of 32 cases of the implementation of high intensity focused ultrasound ablation in the treatment of two groups, clinical treatment situation. Results the clinical observation group after treatment the total effective rate was 93.75%（30/32）, to be compared with 62.50%in the control group （20/32） significantly increased, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, Kupperman score compared two groups of similar, not statistically significant （P〉0.05）, after treatment occurred after improvement, and the observation group compared to the control group reduced more significantly, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion for patients with uterine leiomyoma in perimenopausal period the implementation of high intensity focused ultrasound ablation treatment, the more significant effects on all the fibroid symptoms, more improve the value, suitable for popularization.
