难治性神经根型颈椎病中西医综合治疗的临床效果探究

摘　　要：目的探究中西医综合治疗难治性神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将收治的90例难治性神经根型颈椎病患者采用随机的方式分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例),对观察组患者实施中西医综合治疗,对对照组患者单纯实施西医治疗,治疗后将两组患者的总有效率进行比较。结果观察组患者经治疗后显效37例,有效6例,无效2例,观察组患者的总有效率(95.56%)明显高于对照组(77.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医综合治疗方法应用于难治性神经根型颈椎病有助于帮助患者减轻疼痛,提高治愈率,值得临床推广。Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of combined treatment of cervical radiculopathy refractory disease in Western medicine. Methods 90 patients with refractory patients with cervical radiculopathy treated instructors using randomly divided into observation group （45 cases） and control group （45 cases）, the implementation of the observation group were integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment, the control group Western medicine alone implement patient treatment, the two groups will be compared for total efficiency. Results After treatment, patients were cured 37 cases, effective in 6 cases, 2 cases, the patients in the observation group total effective rate （95.56%） was significantly higher （77.78%）, the difference was significant, P〈0.05, statistically significance. Conclusion The method was applied to TCM and Western medicine treatment of refractory nerve root type cervical spondylosis help to help patients reduce pain, improve the cure rate, worthy of promotion.
