全方位护理对哮喘患者肺功能的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的分析全方位护理对哮喘患者肺功能的影响。方法资料随机选自2013年7月—2014年7月该院收治的哮喘患者65例,对其临床护理资料进行回顾性分析,以探讨全方位护理对哮喘患者肺功能、治疗依从性与生活质量的影响。结果护理后该组患者的FEV1、Pa CO2、Pa O2等肺功能指标均得到有效改善,护理前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后该组患者治疗完全依从率明显高于护理前,且护理后PF、VT、SF、MH与GH等生活质量评价指标评分均高于护理前,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全方位护理可显著提升患者治疗依从性,并促进其肺功能的改善,对改善患者生活质量具有积极意义,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the impact of comprehensive care on the lung function in patients with asthma. Methods 65 cases with asthma admitted in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 were randomly selected. And the clinical nursing data of them were analyzed retrospectively for investigating the effect of comprehensive care on the lung function, treatment compliance and life quality of the patients with asthma. Results Compared with before comprehensive care, after comprehensive care, the FEV1, PaCO2, PaO2 and other lung function indexes of the patients in this group improved effectively with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Compared with before comprehensive care, after comprehensive care, the complete treatment compliance of the patients were significantly higher, PF, VT, SF, MH, GH and other quality of life evaluation indexes scores were higher with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive care can significantly enhance the treatment compliance and promote the improvement of lung function, which is of great significance in improving the quality of life of the patients, so it is of worthy of clinical application and promotion.
