2型糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究2型糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞的相关因素。方法选择2013年4月—2014年6月在该院接受治疗的2型糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞患者128例,观察病统计所有患者的性别、年龄、病程等18种指标,并进行Logistic回归分析。结果性别、体质量、血尿酸、高密度脂蛋白、一氧化氮不具有危险性,其他指标的危险性从低到高的顺序依次为载脂蛋白A1、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、糖化血红蛋白、病程、年龄、脂蛋白α、空腹血糖、高血压、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B、内皮素、纤维蛋白原。结论血脂组分是2型糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞的危险因素,为避免该病的发生与发展,可以采取在降糖治疗的同时进行降脂治疗,达到预防、治疗2型糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞的目的。Objective Study the relevant factors of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans of type 2 diabetes.Methods Select 128 cases of type 2 diabetes lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans that has been treated in our hospital from April 2013 to June 2014, to observe and record all the patients’gender, age, course of disease, and other 18 indexes, and to conduct regression analysis of Logistic.Results Gender, body mass, blood uric acid, high-density lipoprotein, and nitric oxide are not dangerous, and other dangerous indexes ranking from the lowest to highest in its level of danger are apolipoprotein Al, total cholesterol, triacylglycerol, glycosylated hemoglobin,course of disease, age, lipoprotein α, fasting blood-glucose, hypertension, low density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein B, endothelin, and fibrinogen.Conclusion Lipid composition is a dangerous factor of type 2 diabetes lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans, and in order to avoid the happening and development of this disease, we can adopt lipid-lowering treatment while adopting hypoglycemic therapy to achieve the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.
