120例肺心病并发心律失常的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究肺心病并发心律失常患者的临床分析,并研究不同治疗方法后患者的不同疗效,探寻更好的办法治疗肺心病并发心律失常患者。方法选取该院自2013年9月—2014年11月期间收治的120例肺心病并发心律失常患者作为研究对象,将120例患者随机分为两组,对照组60例,实验组60例,其中对照组患者给予常规的治疗方法。实验组患者在对照组患者的用药基础上再添加小剂量美托洛尔片。对比采用不同治疗方法的两小组患者的治疗效果差异。结果经观察,两组患者在治疗后均有疗效,实验组的治疗效果显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺心病并发心律失常患者应该采用综合治疗方法,该实验得出在常规的治疗方法下再添加小剂量美托洛尔片对患者具有良好的治疗效果。Objective To study the clinical analysis of patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia , and study the different outcomes of patients with different treatment methods, to explore the better way to treat patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia.Methods In our hospital from September 2013 to November 2014 were treated during the period of the 120 cases of pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia patients as research object,and 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in the control group, 60 cases in the experimental group.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and on the basis of medication in the control group, patients in the experimental group added small dose Metoprolol tablets.Comparing the differences between the two groups with different treatment methods for the treatment of patients. Results It was observed that patients in the two groups after treatment were effective,and the treatment effect of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,so the difference has Statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia patientsuse should use the comprehensive treatment, through the conventional treatment adding low dose Metoprolol tablet has good treatment effect for patients.
