摘　　要：目的探讨右美托咪定(DEX)对乳腺癌根治术患者麻醉苏醒质量的影响。方法选取该院于2012年9月—2013年6月收治的60例限期行乳腺癌根治术患者随机分为两组(n=30):研究组静脉泵注DEX 0.5μg/kg,10min后按0.5μ/(kg·h)恒速注药;对照组匀速输入等量盐水。记录清醒时(T1)、拔管即刻(T2)、拔管后5 min(T3)、10 min(T4)的镇静-躁动评分(SAS)和Ramsay镇静评分。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者术后SAS和Ramsay评分于T1-T4时降低(P<0.05)。研究组患者躁动发生率及依从性与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DEX用于乳腺癌根治术患者,有较好的镇静镇痛作用,可提高患者的依从性。Objective To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine （DEX） radical effects of anesthesia recovery quality in patients of breast cancer.Methods Select the hospital from 2012 September to 2013 June treated 60 patients undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups（n=30）：a study group of intravenous infusion of DEX 0.5 g/（kg＆#183;h）,10 min after 0.5 g/kg/h constant speed injection; the control group with saline uniform input. Recording awake extubation （T1）, immediately after extubation （T2）, 5 min （T3）, 10 min （T4） of the sedation agitation scale （SAS） and Ramsay sedation score.Results Compared with the control group, the study group of patients with postoperative SAS and Ramsay score in T1-T4 decreased （P〈0.05）. Study group patients with restless difference comparison of the incidence of and compliance with the control group were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion DEX radical operation for breast cancer patients, has good sedative effect, can improve patient compliance.
