卡托普利基础上加用硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究对原发性高血压患者采用卡托普利联合硝苯地平的临床效果以及不良反应情况。方法选取该院于2013年6月—2014年4月收治的原发性高血压患者共84例,随机分为对照组及观察组。对照组采用卡托普利治疗,观察组另加用硝苯地平。了解两组患者治疗前后血压变化情况以及不良反应差异性。结果两组患者治疗后SBP与DBP诊断值均有所改善,观察组改善程度更大(P<0.05)。两组均出现头晕、发热等不良反应,但均程度较轻且可自行缓解,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对原发性高血压患者行药物联用治疗可达到更优疗效,不良反应少、安全性高,具有推广价值。Objective Study on primary hypertension were treated by captopril combined clinical effect of nifedipine and adverse reactions.Methods Selection of primary hypertension patients admitted in our hospital from 2013 June to 2014 April in recent years,a total of 84 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group using captopril treatment,observation group with nifedipine. Understanding,the change of the two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood pressure and adverse reactions.Results Two groups after treatment in patients with SBP and DBP diagnosis value were improved,improved observation group （P〈0.05）. Two groups in adverse reactions such as dizziness,fever,but to a lesser degree and can alleviate,contrast has no obvious difference between groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion In patients with primary hypertension drug combination therapy can achieve better curative effect,less adverse reaction,high safety,value for popularization.
