矾冰液调制金黄散联合庆大霉素用于高危药物外渗致肿痛及水疱的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨以矾冰液调和如意金黄散制成金黄膏,联合使用庆大霉素注射液稀释液,治疗高危药物外渗致肿痛及水疱的疗效。方法将该院于2011年7月—2014年8月收治的60例高危药物外渗引起肿痛及水疱的患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。水疱抽液后,水疱部位敷上8层湿敷纱布(生理盐水+庆大霉素)作局部隔离;观察组敷矾冰液调制的如意金黄散膏状物(以下简称金黄膏),对照组敷50%硫酸镁湿敷纱布。分三个时间点观察并记录,观察2组疼痛、肿胀、水疱及皮肤颜色恢复情况。7 d为1个疗程。结果治疗1个疗程后,观察组治愈16(53.33%)例,对照组治愈10(33.33%)例,观察组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率80.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论矾冰液调制的金黄膏联合庆大霉素注射液外敷高危药物外渗引起的肿痛及水疱,具有散瘀止痛、清热解毒、快速促进损伤组织修复的作用。其方法简单、经济,疗效确切,值得基层医疗单位推广。Objective To observe the vitriol liquid ice harmonic ruyi golden powder made of golden cream, combination of gentamicin injection diluent, treatment of high-risk drug exosmosis cause swelling and the curative effect of blister.Methods In our hosPital from 2011 cluly to 2014 August wereuta 60 patients at high risk patients with drug exosmosis cause swelling and blister, were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Blister after infusion, apply the blister part 8 layers of wet apply gauze （saline＋gentamycin）partial isolation; Observation group apply alum liquid ice modulation of golden powder paste （hereinafter referred to as the golden paste）,control group apply 50% magnesium sulfate wet apply gauze. Three time points observation and record, observe two groups pain, swelling, blisters and the skin color. 7 d for 1 course of treatment.ResultsAfter one course of treatment, the observation group of 16 （53.33%） cases cured, 10 （33.33%） cases, control group cure group total effectiveness 93.33%, control group total effective rate 80.00%, two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Alum golden cream ice liquid modulation combined gentamicin injection of swelling caused by topical high-risk drug exosmosis and blister, with scattered stasis pain, qingrejiedu, quickly promote injury tissue repair. The method is simple, economic, curative effect and is worth popularizing medical units at the grass-roots level.
