摘  要:目的探讨维格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的疗效。方法选取吉林省人民医院内分泌科于2013年1月—2014年12月收治的肥胖型2型糖尿病患者160例,随机分为两组;其中二甲双胍组给予二甲双胍,联合治疗组同时给予维格列汀和二甲双胍;6个月后,比较两组患者BMI、FPG、2hPBG、HbA1c、GLP-1、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C等指标。结果治疗后两组患者的BMI、FPG、2hPBG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C等指标与治疗前比较明显降低,而GLP-1与HDL-C水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合治疗组患者的BMI、FPG、2hPBG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C等指标与二甲双胍组比较下降更为明显,而GLP-1与HDL-C水平升高更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病疗效明显,值得推广。Objective To explore the efficacy of vildagliptin combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes with obesity. Methods Patients (160 cases) who came to endocrinology department of Jilin province people&#39;s hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into two groups; the metformin group was given metformin alone and the combination group was given vildagliptin and metformin; after 6 month, the indexes of two groups such as BMI, FPG, 2hPBG, HbA1c, GLP-1, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C were observed.Results After treatment,compared with that before treatment, BMI, FPG, 2hPBG, HbA1c, TC, TG and LDL-C significantly decreased, and GLP-1, HDL-C significantly increased,the differences were statictically significant(P〈0.05); after treatment,BMI, FPG, 2hPBG, HbA1c, TC, TG and LDL-C in combination group dropped off more sharply, and GLP- 1, HDL-C were rise more apparent than those in metformin group,the differences were statictically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Vildagliptin combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes with obesity has a better effect, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
