摘　　要：目的探讨MRI诊断对膝关节盘状半月板撕裂的价值分析。方法收集52例经关节镜证实膝关节盘状半月板有无撕裂的病例进行回顾性分析,研究其MRI表现,与关节镜检查结果相对比,计算MRI诊断膝关节盘状半月板撕裂的敏感性和准确率。结果以关节镜为金标准,52例中MRI诊断半月板撕裂敏感性为100%,准确率为91.5%。结论 MRI诊断对膝关节半月板撕裂有很高的敏感性和准确率,有较高的临床应用价值,值得在临床工作中推广使用。Objective To explore the value of magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） in the diagnosis of tear of discoid meniscus.Methods Collected 52 patients confirmed by arthroscopic knee torn discoid meniscus whether the cases were analyzed retrospectively, MRI signs of discoid meniscus were analyzed, Compared with arthroscopic findings, the sensitivity and accuracy of MRI diagnosis of knee discoid meniscus tear were calculated.Results With arthroscopy as the gold standard, 52 cases of MRI diagnosis of meniscal tears sensitivity of 100% and accuracy of 91.5%.Conclusion MRI diagnosis of knee joint meniscus tear has high sensitivity and accuracy, The valuation of MRI was obvious in clinical diagnosis. It’s worthy to be used clinically.
