摘　　要：广州周大福金融中心是广州市的新地标、新名片,该工程总承包项目部依托这一百层高楼,紧密围绕"绿色施工、绿色建造"的核心目标,通过设计优化、设备研发、工艺创新等手段,探索出一条百层高楼节材、节能、节水、节地、环境保护的新途径,取得了显著的经济效益。此外,项目还通过创新的监控系统和监控手段,为百层高楼的绿色建造积累了海量的宝贵经验数据。As the new landmark of the Guangzhou city, the Guangzhou Zhoudafu Finance Center has more than 100 stories. Relying on the 100-stories tall building and encircling tightly the core aim of green construction and green building, the general contract department of the project explores a new way to reach material-saving, energy conservation, water-saving, land-saving and environmental protection by design optimization, equipment development and technique innovation which has good economic benefit. Moreover, the department accumulates an amount of data for the 100-stories tall building construction by developing monitoring system and using monitoring method.
