摘 要:针对常规敏感性分析方法在桩端注浆效果评价中存在的缺陷,利用聚类、主成分分析等方法对持力层性状、桩长、桩径、长径比、注浆量、注浆压力、水灰比、压浆管数量8个影响因素进行优化,获得浆液-桩端土、桩身尺寸、注浆压力、注浆管数量4个新的独立的综合因素。然后,分别采用原始因素和优化后的综合因素对大量注浆实测数据进行敏感性分析,分析结果表明,浆液-桩端土对注浆效果最敏感,注浆压力、注浆管数量次之,桩身尺寸最不敏感。同时,改进后的方法在评价准确性、简便性等方面均有较大提高。Aiming at the disadvantages of conventional sensitivity analysis in evaluation of pile-end grouting, eight factors which are bearing capability, pile length, pile diameter, aspect ratio, grouting volume, grouting pressure, water-cement ratio and number of grout tubes, are optimized by cluster and principal component analysis, and four new and independent comprehensive factors that are grout-end soil, pile size, grouting pressure and number of grout tubes are obtained. Then, mass measured data are analyzed respectively by using the original factors and the optimized factors. The results show that the sequences of sensitivity are grout-end soil, grouting pressure, number of grout tubes and pile size. Meanwhile, the improved method has greatly improved the accuracy and simplicity.
