摘 要:概述了粉煤灰漂珠的用途、重要性和主要的生产工艺,重点介绍了粉煤灰漂珠在石油固井方面的应用。论述了石油固井的难点,利用漂珠制备的低密度水泥浆具有超低密度、高强度、低渗透性以及强稳定性等优点,满足复杂条件下固井要求。通过仪器分析表明,采用化学钢化法和物理钢化法处理粉煤灰漂珠,可以明显提高粉煤灰漂珠的的抗压强度,在此基础上对粉煤灰漂珠性能提高作了展望。The use, importance and main production process of fly ash cenospheres are outlined in this paper, in which the application of cenospheres in oil well cementing is focused on. There is also a discussion about the difficulty of the cementing of oil. Moreover, how to meet the cementing requirements under complex conditions, by making use of ultra-low density, high strength, low permeability and strong stability of low-density slurry prepared from cenospheres, is discussed as well. It is shown that the compressive strength of fly ash cenospheres is significantly improved after treatment by using chemical tempered and physical toughened method Based on it, the performance improvement of fly ash cenospheres is overviewed at last.
