摘  要:本文应用超声波预处理技术,研究了以牛皮纸为原料生产再生纤维的工艺方法,并采用全自动比表面积及孔径分析仪、影像仪及X射线衍射分析等多种现代测试手段对预处理后再生纤维的结构和物理性能进行了表征。研究结果表明,超声波辐射对改性废纸纤维的方法是可行了;超声波震动破坏了纤维表面形态,纤维束分散且表面分丝帚化,增加了纤维的比表面积和吸水率,降低了结晶度和晶粒尺寸;但超声时间过长,纤维的形态破坏严重,则会影响纤维的部分性能。The preparation process of recycled fibers from waste kraft via ultrasonic wave was studied. A series of modern testing technologies, such as the automatic specific area and pore size analyzer, image measurement instrument, X-ray scattering techniques, etc. , were applied to measure the structure and physical properties of modified fibers after pretreatment. The results showed that this pretreatment approach of waste fibers with ultrasonic radiation is feasible. Surface morphology of fibers is changed and microfibril is formed on the surface of fibers, which increased the specific surface area and water absorption ratio, decreased the erystallinity and grain size. While the morphology of fibers was destroyed with the ultrasonic time, and then caused some properties declining.
