摘 要:转晶剂是磷石膏制备α半水石膏的重要影响因素。利用固体废弃物磷石膏制备高强α半水石膏,实验采用了半干法的工艺,研究了不同转晶剂单掺和复掺对高强α半水石膏晶粒的生长及其水化硬化后力学强度的影响,通过扫描电镜(SEM)分析了高强α半水石膏内部晶粒生长情况和水化后结晶情况。实验结果显示:单一转晶剂对α半水石膏的力学性能影响并不显著,相对来说柠檬酸钠的影响较为明显。而转晶剂复掺效果最好,当掺入的柠檬酸钠与硫酸铝的比例为1∶1,掺量各为0.06%时,得到的晶粒完整,水化硬化后试块的抗折强度为6.7 MPa,抗压强度为25.65 MPa。Crystal agent is the important influence factor in preparation of α-hemihydrate gypsum with phosphogypsum. Using solid waste phosphogypsum preparation high α-hemihydrate gypsum, the experiment adopted the half dry process, explore the different of single and mixed crystal agent effect on the high α-hemihydrate gypsum grain growth and the influence of mechanical strength after hydration hardening. By scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis of the internal grain growth and crystallization conditions after hydration of high α-hemihydrate gypsum. The experimental results show that single crystal agent on the mechanical property of α-hemihydrate gypsum influence is not significant, the influence of sodium citrate is relatively obvious. But compound crystal agent works best when the proportion of mixed with sodium citrate and aluminum sulfate is 1 : 1, the content is 0.06%, the grain was full, the flexural and compressive strength were 6.7 and 25.65 MPa after hydration hardening.
