摘 要:为了研究粉煤灰对硫氧镁水泥抗压强度的影响,对不同H2O/MgSO4摩尔比的硫氧镁水泥掺入粉煤灰后的硬化体的抗压强度进行了测试,讨论了粉煤灰对硫氧镁水泥抗压强度和水化产物的影响。结果表明,在龄期1 d时,各配比硫氧镁水泥抗压强度均随粉煤灰掺量的增加(0%-50%)而降低,在28 d龄期时,对于H2O/MgSO4的摩尔比为20时,硫氧镁水泥抗压强度随粉煤灰掺量增加而增加,对于H2O/MgSO4的摩尔比为28时,硫氧镁水泥抗压强度随粉煤灰掺量增加而呈降低趋势。粉煤灰颗粒的填充孔隙作用使得硫氧镁水泥硬化体更加密实,可提高硫氧镁水泥抗压强度。To determine the effect of fly ash on compressive strength of magnesium oxysulfate cement (MOS) , the MOS cement hardened pastes mixed with different amounts of fly ash and molar ratios of H2O/MgSO4 were tested on the compressive strength. The effects of fly ash on compressive strength and hydration products of MOS cement are discussed in detail. Results showed that the compressive strength of MOS cement specimens decreased with increasing fly ash content from 0% to 50% at the curing age 1 d. Moreover, the effects of fly ash on the compressive strength of MOS cement have relation to the molar ratio of H2O/MgSO4. The compressive strength of MOS cement specimens with lower molar ratio of H2O/ MgSO4 of 20 increased with increasing fly ash content from 0% to 50% at the curing age 28 d and decreased for that with higher molar ratio of H2O/MgSO4 of 28. Very fine particles of fly ash trap more capillary water and yields microporosities and filling voids in MOS cement which would result increased compressive strength at the higher content.
