摘 要:对23个晋陆地棉(Gossypium hirsutum Linn.)品种(系)的17个农艺性状进行差异分析、变异分析和聚类分析。结果表明,枯萎病病情指数、黄萎病病情指数差异较大,其次是产量性状差异明显。"1106"、"1110"、"1112"在子棉产量、抗病性、纤维品质等方面表现较好。农艺性状变异系数差异较大,大小顺序为子棉产量>果枝数>单株铃数>铃重>子指>衣指>株高>第一果枝节位>衣分>生育期;纤维品质性状变异系数均较小,大小顺序为马克隆值>断裂比强度>纤维上半部分平均长度>伸长率>整齐度指数。23个陆地棉品种(系)聚为A、B两个类群,A为产量中等偏下、抗病性较差、品质中等偏上的代表群;B为产量较高、抗病性较强、品质较差的代表群。Diversity and cluster analysis were performed on 17 agronomic characters of 23 Jin upland cotton varieties(lines). The results showed that the diversity of wilt disease index and verticillium wilt disease index was larger, followed by the yield difference. 1106, 1110 and 1112 were better in seed cotton yield, disease resistance, fiber quality etc. The variable coefficient of agronomic characters were significantly different in the order of seed cotton yield 〉fruit spur number〉boll number〉boll weight〉seed index〉lint index 〉plant height〉the first fruiting sites〉lint percent〉period of duration. The variable coefficient of quality characters was smaller in the order of micronaire〉fiher strength〉upper half mean length 〉elongation〉 uniformity index. 23 upland cotton varieties (lines) were classified as A and B groups. Group A represented low yield, poor disease resistance and better quality. Group B represented higher yield, strong disease resistance and poor quality.
