摘 要:探讨喜盐鸢尾(Iris halophila)的化学成分,并建立起各萃取部分指纹图谱。采用植物化学成分系统预试法、薄层色谱分析技术及平面色谱图像定量法对喜盐鸢尾化学成分进行分析。结果显示,喜盐鸢尾含有生物碱、有机酸、酚类、鞣质、黄酮、蒽醌、皂甙、香豆素、挥发油及三萜类化合物,不含有强心甙、氰甙和脂肪族硝基化合物。其石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取相中至少含有9、7、9和6种化合物,经与标准品对照,乙酸乙酯相中含有鸢尾苷;各萃取相中相对含量最高的斑点依次为2、5、6和4。喜盐鸢尾化学成分主要集中在石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取部分。喜盐鸢尾含有丰富的活性成分,具有一定的药用价值。To further investigate the chemical components of Iris halophila, gain finger-print of all abstraction fraction, provide theoretical bases for developing the medicinal value, Phytochemistry composition preliminary systematic and special tests and thin layer chromatography (TLC) were used to analyze the chemical components. The results showed that the plant contained alkaloids, organic acid, phenols, tannin, flavonoids, anthraquinone, saponins, eoumarin, volatile oils, triterpenes, et al. No cardiac glycoside, cyanophoric glycoside and aliphatie nitro compounds were observed. After analyzed by TLC and tectorigenin 9, 7, 9 and 6 kinds of components were contained in acetic ether fraction compared with the proof sample. Rf2, Rf5, Rf6, Rf4 points were the maximum content points in the four fractions respectively. The chemical eopmonents of Iris halophila were found primarily at most in petroleum benzene fraction and acetic ether fraction. There were affluent active eonstitutents in Iris halophila, with fine medicinal value.
