摘  要:根据煤矿生产废水中硬度和SO2-4含量较高的水质特点,通过实验对聚合氯化铁PFC改性制得硅改性聚合氯化铁Si-PFC。采用单因素分析方法,从混凝剂的投加量、温度、p H值3个方面进行对比分析,确定Si-PFC和PFC混凝反应的最佳条件。煤矿废水的混凝实验表明:Si-PFC混凝剂对煤矿废水的处理效果好于PFC混凝剂;在温度为25℃,p H值为7.5,Si-PFC混凝剂投加量为30 mg/L时,达到最佳实验效果,SO2-4去除率达到65%、总硬度去除率达到56%。To counter to the water quality characteristics of high hardness and high content of SO2-4 in mine production wastewater, silicon-modified ploy ferric chloride Si-PFC was prepared through the modification of PFC in the laboratory. By using the single factor analysis method, contrast analysis was made on the dosage, temperature and pH value of the coagulant, and the optimum coagulation reaction conditions of PFC and Si-PFC were determined. The coagulation experiments of coal mine wastewater showed that the mine wastewater treatment effect with Si-PFC coagulant was better than that of PFC coagulant;when the temperature was 25℃, pH value was 7. 5 and the dosage of Si-PFC coagulant was 30 mg/L, the mine wastewater treatment effect with Si-PFC coagulant was the best, the removal rate of SO2-4 and total hardness reaches 65% and 56% respectively.
