摘 要:为了解决深部巷道复合顶板网兜问题,以安居煤矿1306采准巷道为例进行研究,通过系统的理论分析和数值模拟,并结合实际的围岩地质条件,从提高支护强度和加强护表能力两个方面入手,提出了合理有效的巷道支护参数和顶板喷浆的措施。经现场施工验证,优化的支护方案成功地解决了复合顶板网兜等变形破坏问题,保证了巷道支护安全稳定,同时为安居煤矿其他采准巷道支护提供了借鉴。In order to solve the tuck net problem in deep roadway with compound roof, research was made on it by taking 1306 preparatory working in Anju Mine as an example. In this paper, starting from the increase of the support strength and the surface-protection ability, the rational and effective roadway support parameters and roof grouting measures were put forwarded through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation and according to the actual geological conditions of the surrounding rock. The field construction verified that the optimized supporting method successfully solved the problem of the deformation failure of the compound roof tuck net and guaranteed the security and stability of roadway support, meanwhile, it provided a reference for the support of other preparatory workings in this mine.
