摘　　要：实验合成了2-苯甲酰基-3-羟基-1-丙烯(BAA),应用失重法和电化学方法分别测试了曼尼希碱与BAA在盐酸介质中对N80钢片的缓蚀性能,研究了BAA与曼尼希碱的协同作用。结果表明:BAA与曼尼希碱在盐酸介质中对N80钢片均有较好的缓蚀性能;在缓蚀剂加量一定和其他条件不变的情况下,将BAA与曼尼希碱按一定比例复配后,N80钢片在盐酸介质中的腐蚀速率明显低于单独使用BAA或曼尼希碱的腐蚀速率;极化电阻增大,二者表现出良好的协同作用,且复合缓蚀剂通过几何覆盖效应起到缓蚀作用。2-benzoyl-3-hydroxy-1-propylene( BAA) was synthesized in laboratory. The corrosion inhibition performance of mannich base and BAA to N80 in industrial hydrochloric acid is tested separately by weight loss method and electrochemical method. The synergistic corrosion inhibition effect of BAA and mannich base is studied. The results show that mannich base and BAA all can make the corrosion rate of N80 decrease. Under the same dosage of inhibitor and the same temperature,the corrosion rate of the composite inhibitor of mannich and BAA to N80 in industrial hydrochloric acid is lower than that of only mannich base or BAA,Rp increases,and they has good synergistic corrosion inhibition effect. The corrosion inhibition effect of the composite inhibitor implements by geometric covering.
