摘 要:对两个多向轴向加载的空间多支管复杂方圆钢管相贯节点进行了静力足尺试验研究。试验表明:同一类节点2个试件杆件制作误差差异较大,导致节点试验加载能力差别较大;对方圆钢管相贯节点,支管杆件截面型式的差异导致圆管与方形截面主管交汇区域首先出现屈服;合理的节点构造措施有利于保证节点安全。计算表明:两个节点试件的试验值与有限元计算结果存在一定的差异,主要原因在于实际支座约束和理想模拟支座区别、加荷不对中、节点焊缝和焊缝缺陷和节点杆件空间加荷不同步性等因素。研究表明:对该类空间多支管复杂相贯节点,支管截面型式和轴力对节点承载力影响较大,有待进一步深入研究。Full-scale test on static behavior were conducted on two spatial complicated penetrated joints with several braces of square chords with circular braces under multi-directional axial loading.The test shows that there are larger manufacturing errors in the bars of two joints of a kind,which cause bigger difference between the loading capacity of the test joints.For the joints of square chord with circular brace,cross-section discrepancy of the braces leads to plastic yielding first occurring at the intersection of the chord and brace;rational construction of joint is beneficial for joint security.The calculation shows that discrepancy of the two joints exists between the experiment values and the results of finite element analysis,which is mainly caused by the difference between real support and ideal support,inaccurate locations of loading,defects in joint weld,and non-synchronous space loading of bars and joints.The research indicates that the brace section and axial force have greater influences on the load-carrying capacity of the spatial complicated penetrated joints with several braces of square chords with circular braces,which needs further study.
