摘  要:遗传参数是畜禽遗传改良基础,研究通过利用MTDFREML软件对沙子岭猪的性状进行遗传参数计算,为将来沙子岭猪的遗传评估等工作做铺垫。沙子岭猪的主要性状为繁殖性状和生长发育性状。其中繁殖性状包括产活仔数、初生窝重、21日龄活仔数、21日龄窝重、35日龄活仔数和35日龄窝重,各性状遗传力和遗传相关范围为0.15~0.28与0.31~0.51;生长发育性状包括达50 kg体重日龄,达50 kg体重活体背膘厚,6月龄体长、体高、胸围、胸深、胸宽,各性状遗传力范围为0.33~0.44;遗传相关除达50 kg体重活体背膘厚与其他各性状为负相关(-0.30^-0.10)外,其余性状均为正相关(0.19~0.83)。繁殖性状属低遗传力性状,不适用于个体表型选择;而生长发育性状属于中等遗传力性状,生长发育性能较为优秀的个体可以根据表型留种。Genetic parameters is the basis of genetic improvement,this study uses the software named MTD- FREML to estimate the genetic parameters of Shaziling Swine that is preparing for breeding.The majority traits of Shaziling Swine include reproductive traits and growth and development traits.The reproductive traits contain the number of alive born piglets(NBA),the litter weight of alive born piglets(LWB),the number of litter pig at 21 days (NL21),the litter weight at 21 days (LW21),the number of litter pig at 35 days (NL3s),the litter weight at 35 days (LW35).The growth and development traits contain the day of Shaziling Swine grown to 50 kg (AGE~,the backfat when grown to 50 kg (BFse),and the body length at six month (BL),the body height at six month (BH),the chest measurement at six month(CM),the chest deep at six month(CD),the chest wide at six month(CW).The heritability of reproductive traits range from 0.15 to 0.28,but growth and development traits range between 0.33 and 0.44. Genetic correlation of reproductive traits range from 0.31 to 0.51.Though Genetic correlation among reproductive traits is positively correlated,BFs0 is negatively correlated with other growth and development traits (-0.30^-0.10). Except for BF^The remainedgrowth and development traits is positivelycorrelated (O.19-0.83).The results of this study are consistent with domestic and foreign research.The reproductive trait which is not suitable for phenotyp- ic selections belongs to low-heritability traits,but the growth and development trait belongs to the moderate heri- tability,which means that the individual in better growth performance can reserve seeds according to phenotype.
