当代地方志书编纂体例研究

摘　　要：地方志书是全面记述一个地方自然、政治、经济、文化与社会生活等各个方面历史与现状,以突出地方文化特色、展示一个历史断限内地情的大型资料库。从结构和内容上看,时间跨度长,覆盖面广,涉及众多门类与专业,卷帙浩繁。当代地方志书在继承传统编纂手法的基础上,应重点在体例、篇目、结构、体裁和章法上,突出志书的地域文化性、思想先进性和社会服务性;应从当代社会文化需求和方志本质特征出发,把握、运用好志书编纂体例,以提高方志编写质量。Local annals belong to a kind of special writing, a comprehensive account of the local nature, politics, economy, culture and social life in different periods, and a large database highlighting local culture characteristics and representing general local situations. With long time-span and wide coverage, the local annals involve multiple categories and domains. Contemporary local annals compiling needs to give prominence to the books＂ regional culture, ideological advancement and social functions in style, contents, structure, genre and strategy on the basis of inheriting traditional compiling methods. In order to improve the quality of local annals, the compilers should keep in mind the contemporary social and cultural needs and the local annals＂ nature with a serious attitude of history study, jump out from the complicated information and make full use of the existing genre.
