Effect of Bacillus Subtilis CF-3 on Controlling Litchi Colletotrichum Gloeosporioides and Its Physiochemical Mechanism

摘  要:研究枯草芽孢杆菌CF-3对荔枝采后果实炭疽病的防治效果,以及它对体内活性氧代谢和病程相关蛋白等的影响。结果表明,CF-3对荔枝炭疽病具有较好的防治效果,接种处理后6 d,其防治效果为35.17%;经CF-3处理荔枝果皮的POD,PPO,SOD,PAL,β-1,3-葡聚糖酶、几丁质酶活性和GSH与ASA含量均比病菌处理的高,而膜透性、MDA含量与O2-产生速率却比病菌处理的低。当接种后6 d,经CF-3处理荔枝果皮的SOD,POD,PPO,PAL,β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性和几丁质酶活性分别比病菌处理的高23.31%,20.15%,19.35%,15.59%,38.74%,195.76%;而MDA含量和O2-产生速率却分别比病菌处理的低18.14%和16.85%。Litchi colletotrichum gloeosporioides disease infecting litchi fruit after harvested is controlled with a bacterial strain of Bacillus subtilis CF-3, and the effects of the bacterial strain CF-3 on the metabolism of reactive oxygen species and on pathogenesis-related proteins etc. are determined. The results show that the litchi colletotrichum gloeosporioides disease is effectively controlled with the CF-3, with the control effect being 35.17% at day 6 after inoculation. Determination of disease control mechanism shows that CF-3 treatment increased the activities of SOD, PPO, POD, PAL, β-1,3-glucanase, ehitinase, and the contents of GSH and ASA in the pericarp of litchi fruit as compared to control but reduced cell membrane permeability, the content of MDA and the production rate of O2^-. At day 6 after inoculation, CF-3 treatment increased the activities of SOD, POD, PPO, PAL, 13-1,3-glucanase and chitinase in the pericarp of litehi fruit by 23.31%, 20.15%, 19.35%, 15.59%, 38.74% and 195.76% respectively as against the pathogen treatment, but reduced the content of MDA and the production rate of O2^- by 18.14% and 16.85%.
