摘　　要：介绍采用校企合作、学生工作页、工作任务表为途径的高职油脂制取技术课程教材建设实践,实现学习内容与职业岗位工作任务的有机结合。This paper introduces the page use school-bisiness cooperation and students work on page, work tables the ways of teaching material construction of higher vocational Oil Extraction Technology. It has realized the learning content and the combination of professional post work.
