摘 要:目的:针对压力型脉象仪的加压方法进行研究,探寻更合理的脉象加压检测方法。方法:纳入152例健康受试者,分别采用正向加压和反向减压两种检测方法测试受试者的寸口桡动脉信息,比较两种检测方法的取脉压力变化值(△P)、压力漂移时间(t△P)、最佳取脉压力值(P)的变化。结果:与正向加压法比较,在每个压力段中,反向减压法的△P均明显缩小(P<0.01),t△P明显缩短(P<0.01),且反向减压法的最佳取脉压力值明显低于正向加压法(P<0.01)。结论:应用反向减压法检测脉象信息可减少压力传感器检测过程中的压力值漂移和时间漂移,从而在一定程度上缓解了压力型脉象仪采集脉象时信号不稳定、采脉时间过长等问题。Objective : To explore the more reasonable pressure methods of the pressure type electropulsograph. Methods : One hundred and fifty-two healthy volunteers were selected. The pulse information of 152 volunteers was tested by pressure type electropulsograph applying positive pressure and reverse decompression methods respectively. The pulse pressure change value (△P), pressure drift time (t△p) and the best pulse pressure value (P) were compared between the different pressure methods. Resets: Compared with the positive pressure method, the △P was obviously reduced (P 〈0.01 ) and the t△p was shortened ( P 〈 0. 01 ) tested through reverse decompression method in every pressure section, and the P of reverse decompression method was less than that of positive pressure method (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: Testing pulse information through reverse decompression method can reduce the pressure drift and time drift and solve the problems of unstable pulse signal and long time collection in some degree in the course of pulse information collection by pressure type electropulsography.
