摘 要:为了提高无油涡旋压缩机轴向间隙的密封性能,以涡旋齿顶的聚四氟乙烯密封条为研究对象,对其进行有限元分析。利用三维建模软件建立了密封条和涡旋齿的几何模型,导入有限元软件中进行网格划分。通过齿顶密封模型的受力分析,详细阐述了边界载荷的计算依据,分析了密封条沿渐开线展开角方向的底面和侧面气体力载荷变化规律。设定了密封条的边界条件,对密封条模型进行有限元分析。计算结果表明,借助有限元技术可以获得不同曲轴转角时密封条的应力、变形分布规律,更好地掌握了密封条的工作性能,为密封条的设计提供了新方法。In order to further improve the sealing performance of oil-free scroll compressor axial clearance ,a seal element made by PTFE is fixed on the top of scroll teeth .The finite element analysis is conducive for the seal element to acquire the work per -formance.Geometrical models of the seal element and scroll teeth were established by three-dimensional modeling software .The mesh process was achieved by finite element analysis software .The boundary loads were calculated on the basis of force analysis of the seal model .The gas load change rule of lateral and underside boundaries was analyzed at different times .The finite element a-nalysis of seal element was realized after setting the boundary conditions .The results show that the seal element stress and deform-ation distribution of different crank shaft angle can be obtained with the aid of finite element technology .The finite element analy-sis is conducive for the seal element to acquire the work performance .It will provide a new method for the design of seal element .
