脂肪乳非营养作用的研究进展

摘　　要：临床上脂肪乳除了提供人体营养和能量外,其在非营养作用方面研究越来越多。脂肪乳对布比卡因等脂溶性药物中毒导致的心功能抑制具有解毒功能,这种机制存在脂质沉积、激活电压开放的钙通道等多种理论支持。另外,脂肪乳还有减轻缺血/再灌注损伤、减少炎性因子产生、辅助治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征、抑制自然杀伤细胞活性和抑制肿瘤生长等多种非营养作用。The main functions of lipid emulsion are to provide nutrition and energy .There are more and more researches about its non-nutritional functions.Lipid emulsion can reduce the inhibition of cardiac func-tion,which is the result of the toxicity of overdose of lipophilic drugs like bupivacaine.The mechanism is supported by lipid sink and other theories such as activating voltage opening of the calcium channels .Furthe-more,lipid emulsion can also reduce ischemia-reperfusion injury,decrease inflammatory cytokines,help to treat acute respiratory distress syndrome,suppress activity of natural killer cell and suppress tumor growth.
