摘　　要：介绍陈红风辨治粉刺性乳痈的临床经验。认为其病因多为先天不足、情志抑郁等,可分溢液期、肿块期、成脓期、瘘管期进行辨证论治,其中未溃重内治,已溃重外治。并附验案2则。This paper introduces Professor Chen Hongfeng＇s clinical experience with acne breast carbuncle.It is believed that the case of the disease includes the congenital defects,emotional suppression,etc,which can be divided into nipple discharge stage,breast mass stage,maturity stage and fistula stage in the process of the differentiating and treating of the disease.Internal therapy was the preterred alternative if there was no ulceration and external therapy was used if there was serious ulceration.2 pieces of proven cases were presented in this paper.
