摘  要:目的观察夏枯草口服液治疗气郁痰阻型结节性甲状腺肿的临床疗效。方法将66例结节性甲状腺肿患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组33例;对照组口服左甲状腺素钠片,治疗组给予左甲状腺素钠片和夏枯草口服液治疗,疗程6个月。观察两组临床疗效、甲状腺结节和甲状腺功能变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为84.85%,对照组为51.52%;治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组甲状腺结节最大直径均明显缩小(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组小于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组甲状腺结节数目减少(P<0.05),且治疗组结节数目小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后及组间甲状腺功能指标(FT3、FT4、TSH)变化无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论夏枯草口服液治疗结节性甲状腺肿临床疗效确切。To observe the clinical efficacy of "Xiakucao Fluid"in the treatment of nodular goiter of qi depression and phlegm obstruction.Methods Sixty-six subjects were randomized into two groups:control group in which 33 cases were treated by Levothyroxin Sodium Tablets,and treatment group in which 33 cases were treated by Levothyroxin Sodium Tablets and"Xiakucao Fluid",with a course of six months.The clinical efficacy,thyroid nodes and thyroid functions were observed.Results The total effective rate was 84.85% in the treatment group and 51.52% in the control group,with better efficacy in the treatment group than in the control group( P〈0.01).After treatment,the maximal diameters of thyroid nodes were reduced in both groups( P〈0.05,P〈0.01),with smaller diameter in the treatment group than in the control group( P〈0.01);the number of thyroid nodes was decreased in the treatment group( P〈0.05),with fewer number in the treatment group than in the control group( P〈0.05).The levels of FT3,FT4 and TSH changed little between before and after treatment,and the two groups( P 〉0.05).Conclusion "Xiakucao Fluid"is quite effective against nodular goiter of qi depression and phlegm obstruction.
