扶正化湿通淋方对老年女性再发性尿路感染影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察扶正化湿通淋方联合抗生素治疗老年女性再发性尿路感染的临床疗效。方法将70例老年再发性尿路感染女性患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组35例。两组均予抗生素分期治疗,对照组加用泌淋清胶囊,治疗组加用扶正化湿通淋汤治疗。两组疗程均为6个月,观察临床疗效、中医证候积分,随访3个月并比较再发率。结果 1试验结束时,治疗组脱落4例,对照组脱落6例,最终完成试验病例60例。2治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为90.32%和68.97%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3治疗前后组内比较,两组中医证候积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);组间治疗前后中医证候积分差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。4随访期间,组间再发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正化湿通淋方联合抗生素治疗老年女性再发性尿路感染的疗效满意,可减少复发。Objective This paper is to determine the treatment efficacy of＂Fuzheng Huashi Tonglin Decoction＂（ FZHSTL） on the recurrent urinary tract infection（UTI） in elderly women.Methods 70 elderly women with recurrent UTI were randomized into treatment group and control group,35 in each group.Subjects in both groups received standard antibiotic therapy.In addition,subjects in the control group received Bilinqing capsule while subjects in the treatment group received FZHSTL.The duration of the therapy was 6 months with a 3-month follow-up in both groups.The clinical efficacy,scores of TCM syndrome,and recurrence of UTI were assessed.Results ① 4 subjects dropped off in the treatment group and 6 in the control group.60 subjects had completed the study.②The overall effective rate was 90.32% in the treatment group and 68.97% in the control.A significant difference was observed between two groups（ P〈0.05）.③ Compared before and after the treatment,the difference of clinical symptoms of TCM in both groups were statistically significant（ P〈0.01）;In addition,the changes of scores of TCM syndrome before and after treatment were different between the two groups（ P〈0.01）.④ During the follow-up,the rate of UTI recurrence was significantly lower in the treatment group than the control groups（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion FZHSTL combined with antibiotic therapy provides better clinical efficacy and reduces the incidence of recurrent UTI in elderly women.
