电针膝眼穴治疗膝骨关节炎疗效的现代康复学评估

摘　　要：目的探讨电针膝眼穴治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效及康复学指标评估。方法将100例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组予以电针膝眼穴治疗4周,对照组予以扶他林乳胶剂外用治疗4周;治疗前后予Lequesne及疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)法评定治疗效果,并用等速肌力测试指标评定治疗前后股四头肌各项参数。结果治疗2周后,两组VAS评分、Lequesne评分症状较治疗前均有好转(P<0.05),两组间无明显差异(P>0.05);4周后两组VAS评分、Lequesne评分症状改善率较治疗前均有好转(P<0.01),其中VAS评分两组间无明显差异(P>0.05),而Lequesne评分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后股四头肌峰值力矩(PT)、相对峰值力矩(PTWB)、疲劳指数(WF)、峰力矩对应角度(APT)指标均有好转,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针膝眼穴治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切,并能改善股四头肌肌力,提高膝关节稳定性及膝关节活动功能。Objective This paper is to evaluate the efficacy of electro acupuncture Xi Yan in treating knee osteoarthritis and the modern rehabilitation evaluation.Methods 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis disease were divided randomly into two groups,the treatment group was treated with electro acupuncture for 4weeks,and the control group was treated with topical diclofenac diethylamine dmulgel for 4 weeks,Lequesne and Vas score were recorded before and after the experiment.Subjects were assessed with isokinetic measurement.Results After two-week treatment,VAS and Lequesne score of the two groups were better than before（ P〈0.05）,there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）.After four-week treatment,VAS and Lequesne score of the two groups were better than before（ P〈0.01）,as to the VAS score,there was no significant difference between two groups（ P 〉0.05）,but the Lequesne score of the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0.05）.The rehabilitation value such as PT,PTWB,WF and APT was higher than four weeks before,and the treatment group was batter than the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Electro acupuncture Xi Yan had advantage in curing KOA,can improve quadriceps femoris muscle strength and improve the stability and the flexibility of the knee.
